Jeff Richardson What a seemingly strange contradiction of terms: Catholic black metal. Some of us find ourselves within this set. At first glance, it seems an incongruent opposition; upon reflection, maybe there is sense. Isn't BM an observation of, and response to, an ineffably hostile universe? Isn't then, foundational Catholicism the same? Could then, the left- and right-handed paths ultimately meet at the same destination by different means? Thoughts.

about

In Six Parts An Exegis Of The Prophets, Messiah And The Crucifixion

lyrics

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead. And of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. (Hebrews 6:1-3)
